With a background in engineering, finance, and consulting, she brings structure, thoughtfulness, and a steady presence to every step of the real estate process. After graduating from the University of Michigan - Ann Arbor, she began her career at Goldman Sachs and later worked with Fortune 500 companies and nonprofit organizations, leading complex projects and building systems that work.

Real estate became the space where all of her experience came together. Raised in Detroit and Southfield, Tegest was drawn to homes from an early age, often asking her parents to stop at open houses just to look inside. That childhood curiosity grew into a deep commitment to helping others find spaces that support who they are and where they are going.

She has aligned with @properties Christie's International Real Estate because their marketing reach, professional standards, and modern approach reflect the level of service she is committed to delivering.

Tegest also serves on the Executive Leadership Team for Detroit PAL and the Young Professionals Advisory Committee for the Michigan Science Center. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring new restaurants, attending concerts, and staying grounded through wellness practices that help her lead with clarity, presence, and purpose.
